Tax Valuation
Each year many of customers call me to request comparables
to try to lower the Real Property Tax Value of their homes. This is a very simple process that I offer
for free. This year appeals must be
filed with the county before September 16, 2013. I am including both pages of
the 2013 Appeal Application with this post for your convenience. If you need
